Coaching

Have you ever met with your coach only to realize 30 minutes of your session has gone by and you haven't even practiced because you are stressed and needed to vent? Do you suffer from stage fright? Working through anxiety after a tough pageant loss? What about the overwhelming feeling of balancing jobs, school and a pageant? It's a lot, and we get it!

Let's make a plan so you can show up as your best self mentally and physically. If you just suffered a tough loss - lets work through it so you can rebound like a champ!

These are just some examples where coaching can be helpful so that you can maximize your pageant training and year of service but also continue to thrive holistically as a person. We would love to coach you through these challenges and provide a judgement free zone.

Psychotherapy & Medication

Psychotherapy (talk therapy) is a treatment that aims to help you identify and change unhealthy emotions, thoughts and behaviors through conversations with a licensed medical professional. Perfect for those with suspected or diagnosed medical conditions like ADHD, Body Dysmorphia, Eating Disorders, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD and more. Prescription medication can also be prescribed here too.

No more random ER visits for that cold, UTI or other issue. No longer seeing someone who "just doesn't get it".
