​With over 20 years of experience in the pageant and entertainment industry, Dr. Miller has a deep understanding of the daily challenges one faces maintaining top notch physical and mental health. ​She has competed in both the State and National Level pageantry and continues a successful acting career. You can find her featured on Disney+, Hulu, Apple TV and numerous feature films. Together, this affords her extremely unique perspective to provide medical care. 

 

The Pageant RX was born out of Amanda's first hand experience in the pageant and entertainment industry where she noticed some of the following challenges:​​

• Women resigning from pageant titles due to mental and physical health challenges. 

• Coaches and artists doubling as therapists (we love them, they're just not trained professionals).

• Titleholders seeking care from random providers or the ER due to travel and appearances.

• Women struggling pre and post pageant season mentally and physically without resources. 

• Coaches and friends recognizing someone needs professional help but unsure where to direct.

Amanda created The Pageant RX as an actionable step to provide some of the world's most talented and brilliant women with the mental and physical care they deserve; all from a licensed healthcare professional who has truly been in the trenches too.

Dr. Miller is a Board Certified Physician Associate. Having served in the speciality areas of trauma, general surgery and critical care medicine, she has a vast array of experience in some of the most challenging medical fields. Dr. Miller also has extensive knowledge in psychiatry and telemedicine for which she developed her passion of concierge medical care.​ ​

 

Fundamentally, Amanda cares deeply about quality medical care and providing women with evidence based resources and treatment. She is proud to lead the field combining pageantry and healthcare services ​​​​so woman can thrive long after their year of service.
